OfCourse! makes every effort to make sure that your experience with our products is easy and hassle free. That said, sometimes web applications, internet browsers, and other software seem to have minds of their own.  So, if you experience any problems accessing your materials, don’t worry, we’re here to help.   

1)  The most common cause of web-based headaches has to do with your internet browser’s cache.  Every time you visit a website, your browser stores tiny pieces of information in its cache.  If that gets too full, or if the information becomes corrupted in some way, it can cause big problems.  The good news is, it’s easy to fix.  Just visit this website: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ to clear or refresh your cache.

2)  Sometimes your internet browser itself may be set up in such a way that it actually blocks you from seeing things you want to see.  To find out if this is the issue, try opening a private window in your browser of choice (e.g. Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window). This will open a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings that could be blocking your content.

3)  Another simple solution is to try accessing your material on a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, IE, Opera, etc). If this works, you may want to reinstall the faulty browser.

4)  Finally, though it’s pretty rare these days, sometimes a device just has trouble opening a specific type of content.  Trying another computer, laptop, tablet, or phone could be the fastest way to get back to your lessons.
